***COVID19 RETURN POLICY***

Due to our COVID19 safety protocols we will not be accepting returns on any of our products unless they are damaged.  Please see the “How to return Damaged Products”

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you have received damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 30 days of when you received the items. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly. 

Missing or Incorrect Items

We understand receiving complete and correct order is important to you; it’s equally important to us! We do absolutely everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time and in good condition.

Please contact our support team with photos showing all the items that you've received (so we can confirm the item that is missing) within 14 days so we can organise replacements for missing products. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.

If you encounter any other issue with or reaction to our product, please provide details and we will respond to you.

Except as outlined in this Policy, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for dissatisfaction with our products. As we are all different, we appreciate that our products may not be suitable for absolutely every body type and so we cannot offer refunds if our products do not perform the changes you desire. Prior to purchasing our products, we recommend you read through our REAL RESULTS to read our reviews, as well as our Terms and Conditions. If you are in the midst of your program and feeling dissatisfied with the product, we encourage you to contact our support team, so we can provide you with our best tips and tricks.

How to Return Products

If you need to return products in accordance with this Policy, please contact us at our support team to find out how to send them back to our nearest warehouse. 

Please always include your order confirmation number in the subject line as well as pictures of the products you wish to return.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you package the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
