When do I drink it?

For the best and maximum results, we recommend drinking Natural ThickFit 1-2 times a day. You can drink it before, during, or after a meal, enjoy it to your best choice! Keep in mind, Natural ThickFit Detox is formulated to help you superboost you with energy, and because of its effectiveness we recommend is best to drink it in the morning or early afternoon.

Does the detox have caffeine?

Yes. Natural ThickFit contains a very, very small amount of 18 mg of caffeine per tea bag, in comparison to green, or black teas which have anywhere from 30-50 milligrams and coffee about 95 milligrams per cup. Yet, with such a low amount of caffeine, you can get the energy boost you need without a crash.
